At Dubhrosa Consulting, we limit the number of families we work with each year to between 50 and 100. After graduation, he joined the team of Squared Online (a Google education program focused on teaching entrepreneurs digital marketing and social-media strategy skills), where he helped design innovative, immersive learning experiences that fused business development, digital marketing, and forward-thinking UX/instructional design practices.

With over a decade of experience in elite university-admissions consulting, Colm has personally mentored students from every continent (with a special focus on the APAC and the EMEA regions) through every facet of the US, UK, and other international-admissions processes (in Europe, Singapore, Canada, etc.). Having worked for some of the world’s most prestigious consulting firms, his professional journey to date has equipped him with a deep understanding of what truly works when it comes to achieving admissions success. His consulting philosophy combines the best practices of leading firms with a personally developed, bespoke, student-first approach rooted in stellar extracurricular-profile design, intellectual rigor, and long-term personal development.

Beyond his admissions expertise, Colm brings a rare synthesis of knowledge spanning education, art/design, social-media strategy, business innovation/development, and STEM-focused mentorship. This multidisciplinary background has allowed him to guide students through launching projects that differentiate them from other candidates applying to top-tier universities: from publishing children’s books and redesigning public spaces, to developing/patenting autonomous-vehicle prototypes and conducting pioneering multi-year research into degenerative diseases.
